Meet Florida's Libertarian Candidates for November's Election
Discover Florida's Libertarian Candidates Ready to Shake Up November's Ballot
So, who are the Libertarians who will be on Floridian’s ballot to vote for this coming November? Now that the qualification period has passed, we now know. This is a list of partisan races considered state races and/or where all Florida voters can choose and does not include local races. I will cover the following candidates as well as local candidates in future posts in more detail.

President of the United States
Chase Oliver has won the Libertarian Party’s nomination for president. He will face presumptive Republican nominee Donald J. Trump, presumptive Democrat nominee, Joe Biden, and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. who is currently officially listed as running without a political party, yet we know he will be on the Reform Party’s ticket. No word yet on Green Party candidate Jill Stein qualifying on the Florida ballot.
United States Senator
Feena Bonoan will face whoever the Democrat and Republican candidates survive the primary election in August. The Republicans have incumbent Rick Scott, Keith Gross, and John S. Columbus competing against one another to face Bonoan in the November General Election. Then the Democrats have Brian Rush, Stanley Campbell, and Debbie Mucarsel-Powell fighting to go up against Bonoan. There are three others who have qualified as write-in or NPA candidates who will appear on the November ballot for Floridians.
Florida Congressional District 14
Libertarian Nathaniel T. Snyder qualified to be on the November ballot. Nathaniel is running against Democrat Party incumbent Kathy Castor and NPA Christopher Bradley. All three will face the Republican primary winner: Robert Rocky Roshford, Ehsan Joarder, Neelam Taneja Perry, or John Peters.
Florida House Representative District 27
Dennis M. Simpson Jr. is the qualified Libertarian running up against Democrat Andy Ferrari both of who will face the winner of the Republican primary: Beckie Sirolli, Steve Shives, and Richard Gentry.
Florida House Representative District 28
Libertarian Joseph "Joe" Hannoush is running against Democrat John Navarra, and Republican Bill Partington.
Florida House Representative District 29
Libertarian Matt Johnson is facing Republican incumbent Webster Barnaby, and Democrat Rosemarie Latham.
Florida House Representative District 77
Joshua Krakow is running under the Libertarian ticket against Republican incumbent Tiffany Esposito and Democrat Cornelius Fowler.
Florida House Representative District 105
Libertarian Joshua Hlavka is going up against Democrat incumbent Marie Woodson. No Republican qualified to be in the race.
